HOUSE BILL NO. 170 "An Act increasing certain motor vehicle                                         
registration fees; and providing for an effective date" was read the                                
second time.                                                                                        
                                                                                                    
Senator Ben Stevens moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill                                 
be advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Senator Ellis                             
objected.                                                                                           
                                                                                                    
President Therriault stated HOUSE BILL NO. 170 will be on the May                                   
9 calendar.
